Hi! I'm Devon Shaw, the proud owner of Shawcuterie, a mobile charcuterie company that I launched in February 2025 and this is my "Why".

 

Born and raised in the Union/Washington, Missouri area, I’ve always had a deep connection to my roots here. Growing up surrounded by the beauty of this community, I developed a love for hospitality and good food that has only grown over the years.

As someone who’s passionate about bringing people together, I believe food is one of the best ways to do that. It’s not just about the flavors—it's about creating moments and experiences with friends, family, and loved ones.
